Includes: assessments, hands on treatment, personalised rehab plan, exercise guidance, and email summary.

All of our clinicians are trained in diagnosis and assessing the root cause of your issue. A common approach is for patients to see a Lead or Senior Physiotherapist for their Initial Consultation, before continuing with the most appropriate team member for ongoing treatment if needed.

Physiotherapy - Follow-up Sessions Cost (45 minutes)

At Prime Performance Physiotherapy, we allocate 45 minutes for follow-up appointments to ensure every session is thorough and effective. This gives your clinician enough time to review progress, reassess movement patterns, adjust your rehabilitation plan, provide hands-on treatment, and deliver targeted exercise guidance. By keeping follow-ups the same length as the initial consultation, we prioritise quality, consistency, and long-term outcomes, rather than rushing through your care.

For patients who want a structured, outcome-focused rehabilitation pathway, we also offer and can recommend a bespoke Plan of Care following your Initial Assessment.

Preferential Plan of Care Rates:
 

Patients who commit to their personalised plan benefit from preferential pricing compared to single-session bookings. Following your Initial Consultation we can provide you with a detailed recommendation. We also offer Klarna to help spread the cost if desired.

Sports Massage Costs

All of our Sports Massage sessions are 45 minutes in length to allow for more in depth

treatment and in most cases allow us to focus on more than one area of the body.
