Clinical Director & Physiotherapist
Prime was founded by Guy Rogers, a Physiotherapist and Sport Scientist.
He has worked for many years within Professional Sport, including roles at Leicester City Football Club and more recently Nottingham Forest. During this time, Guy gained significant experience in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of numerous injuries, including post-operative care. He is extremely passionate about bringing elite level care to all.
Over recent years, Guy was consulting at a leading provider within the Health and Fitness Industry, helping to successfully return people back to the hobbies that they love. Guy has also built successful relationships with a number of corporate companies to promote pain free-living within the workplace.
In his spare time Guy likes to keep active as he has a strong belief that this is not only great for the body, but also the mind. Guy enjoys being out in the open air and looks after his wellbeing by running with his dog and cycling through the Vale of Belvoir with his friends. Guy also enjoys going on adventures with his wife and young daughter and sampling coffee and cake wherever they go!

With a specialist interest in Musculoskeletal injuries Hayden has obtained experience working as a Senior Physiotherapist in the NHS, private practice and professional sport.
Hayden’s previous sports roles include the academies of Sheffield United, West Ham United and Nottingham Forest FC, which he obtained experience in treating adolescent sport’s related injuries.
He currently works as a Physiotherapist for the University of Nottingham alongside his role here, combining his experience from clinical practice and sports performance to rehabilitate people back to their hobbies, interests and daily living activities.
As a motorcyclist, Hayden is an avid fan of elite motorcycling sports including the Isle of Man TT, British Superbike Championship and MotoGP. Also, he is a passionate cricket and football fan and enjoys going to watch games on derby days with his dad.
Sports Rehab and Massage Therapist
As a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator from Teesside University Saffron specialises in sports rehabilitation, injury assessment and massage. She have worked with a diverse range of ages and abilities, whilst also previously gaining experience working within elite sport.
She is passionate about working with individuals to help them improve their health and work towards their fitness goals.
Saffron also volunteers within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and is passionate about not only assisting in an individual’s mechanical pain but also how the pain affects their mental health, offering advice and support where possible. With an in-depth understanding of the affects that physical activity has on mental health, both professionally and personally, after Saffron has many years of being a competitive swimmer.
In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her dog Barney, along with her friends, whilst also baking lots of sweet treats and being part of the Calverton and Bingham Swimming Club coaching team.
