FAQ's:

  • How do I know if I need Physiotherapy for my injury?
If you experience persistent pain, swelling, limited range of movement, or difficulty returning to normal activities after an injury, physiotherapy can help. An initial consultation will determine the best course of treatment for a full recovery.

  • What happens during my Initial Consultation?
Your initial consultation will be 45 minutes, which is longer than the traditional 30 minutes, this extra time allows your therapist to deliver the service you deserve. During your initial consultation, a thorough assessment will be conducted to get you a diagnosis and uncover the root cause of the condition. After this, your therapist will discuss and create your bespoke treatment programme. â€‹

  • How many session will I need?
Most people tend to need between 6-8 sessions of treatment, but this depends on the specific nature of your problem. Your therapist will be able to indicate how many sessions may be required following your initial consultation, but ultimately, the number of sessions needed will depend on your progress.
